Hi! I’m Deb. That’s me there with my dad… a looong time ago. He is teaching me something he loves to do – dance.

This was done with a packing tape transfer of an old photograph onto painted paper. It was my first try, so the transfer isn’t the best, but I like it the way it is. My favourite things to do are collage, mixed media, photography and writing. And my goal now is to build a business that mixes all of those things. That’s what this site is all about. Maybe we can help each other? I am so looking forward to conversations with you on art techniques, writing for an artistic site, and making a living from it all.

And I get sidetracked easily! Love to follow links around the internet and find the hidden connections. I plan to develop a whole section called the “Click Fest” that explores those findings.

After moving several times around Canada, I have settled in Edmonton, Alberta where most of my family lives. I have lived in six provinces in total and loved each one for very different reasons. The best part of all that moving is the fabulous and eclectic collection of friends I now have spread across the country.
